Reflection on Stress Management and Sleep
Through this course, I learned that stress and sleep are closely connected, and that prolonged stress can negatively affect both mental and physical health. Managing stress does not mean eliminating challenges, but learning how to cope with them effectively. In my daily life, balancing full-time work, studies, and horse riding can be physically demanding, which makes proper sleep essential. I noticed that when my sleep routine improves, my focus, mood, and performance also improve. One small action I aim to continue is maintaining a consistent sleep schedule to support my overall wellbeing.
