To gain a broader understanding of health and wellbeing, I conducted interviews with individuals from healthcare and academic backgrounds. These interviews focused on stress management, balance, and maintaining wellbeing during demanding schedules.

Interview Questions 

1. How do you manage stress during busy or demanding periods?

2. What habits help you maintain your mental and physical wellbeing?

5. What advice would you give to students about maintaining balance?

Key Findings 

The interviews revealed common themes such as the importance of time management, regular physical activity, and maintaining healthy sleep routines. Participants emphasized that wellbeing does not require perfection, but consistency and self-discipline.

Reflection on Interviews

These interviews helped me reflect on my own wellbeing journey. Many of the challenges discussed aligned with my experiences of balancing work, study, and personal passion. Learning how others manage stress reinforced the importance of routine, discipline, and realistic self-care strategies.
